During the inspection I inspect the complete house and property including structural
components, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, insulation and ventilation,
air conditioning, and interiors. While it is not necessary for you to be present for the
inspection, I encourage clients to tag along and learn about the house. After the
inspection, I go over any major findings of the inspection and answer any questions
you may have about items that need repaired or replaced. The on-site inspection
takes about three hours and additional time putting together your custom report will
take an hour or so. Within 24 hours you will have a detailed and easy to understand
report with color pictures and a summary of findings that lists all items identified as in
need of corrective action to help you and your agent or representative in contract
negotiations. You will receive your custom report via e-mail notification with an user
name and password that allows you to log onto a secure web site to view and print
your report from any computer with Internet access. No need to have a special viewer
program installed on your computer or download any attachments, your report is viewable using a standard
web browser. Additional parties authorized by you will also receive an e-mail notification for viewing your report.
